To embark or assume the responsibility
of formalizing a training program is probably the most awesome task your
company will undertake. We accomplish this task through our Train
the Trainer Concept. The key to success is again the commitment of
management and a formalize training program that is provided by BaseWork
Systems 2000©.
Training the Trainer Concept
/ Training Leadership
A BSG coordinator will train
approximately 18% of your workforce. In turn the 18% of your workforce
will train the rest of the employees. The organizations managers
and/or supervisors should be trained first on the BaseWork Systems 2000©
concept. The management should know the information thoroughly and
completely. This shows leadership and commitment. The goal
is to acquire knowledge and/or skills through instruction and practice.
The Breaking Through The 4 Barriers To Quality dynamics has the power of
reasoned judgment, “awareness”. The acquisition of skill and mental process
gain through use and practice is key for the company’s continuance and
growth.

We Learn Through Doing.
We have discovered that an organization learns only through doing the actual
work required. All training must be during the regular scheduled
training classes and during normal working hours.
Just In Time Training
The BSG training process
/ steps plainly stated is, “Just In Time Training.”
The trainers for retention purposes will receive their training one to
three weeks before they are to train. The training “Just In Time”
will be given in “learning modules”. You will be given the agenda
and materials needed for each class and in that two hours or training each
month you will cover all the details.
