We Learn Through Doing.  We have discovered that an organization learns only through doing the actual work required.  All  training must be during the regular scheduled training classes and during normal working hours.

Just In Time Training
The BSG training process / steps plainly stated is,  “Just In Time Training.”  The trainers for retention purposes will receive their training one to three weeks before they are to train.  The training “Just In Time” will be given in “learning modules”.  You will be given the agenda and materials needed for each class and in that two hours or training each month you will cover all the details.
