BSG International takes a

below are the descriptions of the BaseWork Systems 2000©
training programs both onsite and offsite of the client. We are “Building
Business Infrastructure For The 21st Century” by breaking through The 4

BSG Coordinator On-site Program
| Platinum
One |
A BSG International Coordinator is onsite of the client once a
month for a day. Training the organization’s training leadership,
which is made up of all management and 18% of the employee base. |
| Platinum
Two |
A BSG International Coordinator is onsite of the client once a
month for half a day. Training the organization’s training leadership, which
is made up of all management and 18% of the employee base. |
BSG Coordinator Off-site Program
| Gold One |
The organization sends a selected Coordinator in
Training and a Steering Committee Representative to receive a half day of
training. The first two hours are spent on training agendas and the
second two hours are questions and answers regarding the day’s agendas and
discussion of the last months results. |
| Gold Two |
The organization sends a
selected Coordinator in Training (for smaller companies this may
be the President / Owner) to receive a quarter day of training. The
entire class is spent on the two, one hour agendas. |
Satellite Network Program
BaseOne
(On-site) |
A BaseOne satellite network provides your organization with
its own satellite downlink. The BaseWork Systems 2000© program
is onsite of the organization. An unlimited number of employees can
participate live. Each site is able to interact through call-ins, as if
they were part of one big classroom. |
BaseTwo
(Off-site) |
BaseWork Systems 2000©
training is offered through a satellite downlink onsite of a Bruce Snell
Awareness center. The client will receive this training offsite and will
send a selected “Coordinator in Training “ to take back to the
organization and “Train the Trainers.” |
Organization Development Program
Executive
Development |
An organization’s awareness to the Building of Business
Infrastructure. An executive training tool to gain
knowledge about The 4 Barriers To Quality, but not implemented within their
organization at this time. This approach is recommended for larger
multi- site organizations. The format is achieved via the BaseOne and
BaseTwo programs. “Build the organization model first.“ |
Private
Satellite
Network |
An establishment needs a medium of exchange that share
particular and distinct matters of concern for continuous improvement.
The organization, institution or association can now be linked together by the
Private Satellite Network. BSG International can provide the interaction
and the Organization Development Programs. |

Our seminars and workshops are selected pay-for-view on a
monthly basis that you can receive through BaseOne Satellite Network. |
Enhancement of Exisiting
Programs (for Multi-site Organizations)

is for Multi-site organizatoins that have processed through outside certification
requirments and/or in-house development of existing progrms. Most
